Pay the application fee: 200 EUR – non-refundable

Get your Neptun code, fill in the Neptun Application form, upload all the required documents and complete your entrance examination, if necessary.

Get an e-mail notification of the result of the eligibility check.

Pay the registration fee: 300 EUR to receive your Conditional Acceptance Letter; the registration fee contains the fee of the Legal Assistance and is partly refundable.

Get your Conditional Acceptance Letter and make the advance payment: 2 semesters’ tuition fee + 2 semesters’ administration fee.

Fill in the visa application form for a student visa and upload all the required documents onto Neptun for Legal Assistance.

After receiving the Final Acceptance letter from WBS, make an appointment at the nearest Hungarian Embassy using the online visa booking system ,and inform the school of the date.

Present all your original documents to the consul at the visa interview and tell him/her about your study plans in a convincing way.

10

Inform WBS about your visa and flight details, then come to enrol and to collect your residence permit.
