What to Submit to WBS

• school application form - accurately and completely filled in, with a special regard to sponsor’s contact details

• copy of applicant’s passport 1: photo page

• copy of applicant’s passport 2: signature page

• O-level certificate or school leaving certificate (1) after 10 years of education – an authenticated copy is needed (Provisional result cards are not accepted.)

• result slip of the O-level/school leaving certificate* (1) – an authenticated copy is needed

• A-level certificate or school leaving certificate (2) after 12 years of education – an authenticated copy is needed (Provisional result cards are not accepted.)

• result slip of the A-level/school leaving certificate* (2) – an authenticated copy is needed

• attestation of applicant’s English language proficiency – an internationally recognised English
  language certificate (for the Foundation Programme for Business Studies: IELTS min. 4.0 or
  equivalent, for all other programmes: IELTS min. 5.5 or equivalent)

*Please, note that applicants are only admitted if their English, Mathematics and overall results reach min. 50 per cent in both certificates.
*Applicants with weaker results are recommended to re-take their A-level exams in order to present a certificate with the required better results.
*To the attention of applicants from Pakistan:
 According to Hungarian educational authorities, the Diploma of Associate Engineer is not considered equivalent with the A-level or school-leaving certificates in general, thus applicants with this qualification are not eligible for the business Foundation and Bachelor programmes of WBS.

in the case of post-graduate (PG) programmes:

In addition to the above:

• degree certificate (with at least 3 years of studies) – an authenticated copy is needed (Attestations are not accepted.)
• transcripts of all completed semesters– an authenticated copy is needed

If applying for the Executive MBA Programme, an attestation of service is needed; it has to be for a minimum of 3 years, and follow the guidelines provided by WBS (find the guideline here)

Please, note that in the admission process you can use scanned copies of the required documents, enrolment, however, will only be possible with the student’s passport and original school certificates (not attestations or any kind of provisional documents).
