Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management Bachelor's program provides students with knowledge and skills in economics and behavioural sciences. During the training, we develop theoretical and practical knowledge that can be used in business life, and skills that can be used in the ever changing corporate and entrepreneurial environment in the areas of problem solving, communication, conflict management, motivation, counselling and mediation. The theoretical and practical knowledge and skills acquired during the training enable the students to hold various positions in the field of human resource management and, eventually, to continue their studies at the Master's level.
